Sell precious metals, gemstones and watches

An appointment is not compulsory: you are welcome to walk into any of our 45 locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. With an appointment there is always a specialist ready for you and you are usually helped within thirty minutes. You can book online or by telephone.

You need valid identification: a passport, an identity card or a driving licence. We are legally obliged to register your details whenever we buy precious metal, jewellery or watches. Without valid identification we are therefore not permitted to buy anything from you.

We weigh your gold, establish its fineness and convert that to the world market rate at that moment. You watch every step, so you see exactly how the amount is built up from weight, fineness and rate. The valuation is free and without obligation.

You receive your money immediately after you have agreed to the valuation. Smaller amounts we pay out in cash; larger amounts are transferred to your account within 24 hours. You first sign the purchase receipt, and the payment follows after that.

Yes, we buy damaged jewellery as well, at the same price per gram. For the gold value a break or a missing stone makes no difference; only weight and fineness count. With branded jewellery and watches the condition does matter, because those are sometimes worth more than the material.

Yes, for larger lots we come to your home fully insured, throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Our valuer weighs and values everything on the spot, and you only sign once you agree with the valuation. To arrange a visit, please contact the head office in Eindhoven.

Yes, you can also have diamonds, gemstones and branded watches valued by us. For that we have our own gemmologists and watchmakers, with their own buying channels. For these specialisms we schedule an appointment, either at your local branch or at the head office in Eindhoven.
