New for home visits: see when the valuer arrives
If you are expecting a valuer at home, you want to know when the doorbell will ring. From now on you no longer have to guess: as soon as our valuer sets off to you, you receive a link showing the expected arrival time.
How it works
When the valuer leaves, we send you an email with a personal link; the valuer can also send it by WhatsApp. That page shows the expected arrival time, which updates while the valuer is on the way, and how many minutes and kilometres are left.
When the valuer is about a quarter of an hour away, you receive another email. If the page is open in your browser, you can also get a notice on your screen.
What you see, and what you don't
You see the arrival time, the steps (departed, almost there, arrived) and, if you like, a map with the valuer's approximate position. That position is rounded to about a hundred metres and disappears as soon as the valuer has arrived.
No app is needed and you do not have to log in anywhere. The link only works for your appointment and expires one day after departure.
