Payment: cash up to 500 euros, above that by bank within 24 hours
After the valuation and your agreement comes the payout. If the total is 500 euros or less, you receive it in cash. If it is more, we transfer it to your bank account within 24 hours.
The rule: the total amount decides
Up to and including 500 euros we pay in cash. Above 500 euros the whole amount goes by bank transfer, within 24 hours. This applies in the Netherlands and in Belgium.
The rule looks at the total of your sale, not at individual pieces. There is no partial payment: we do not pay 500 euros in cash and the rest by bank. It is one or the other.
Example. If your sale comes to 480 euros in total, you receive 480 euros in cash. If it comes to 620 euros, we transfer 620 euros, not 500 in cash and 120 by bank.
What to bring, and what not
Valid photo ID is mandatory, even for a small amount. You do not need a proof of purchase or an invoice for your pieces.
You only sign after we have named the amount. If you would rather think it over first, simply take your pieces home again: the valuation is free and without obligation.
