Who are these guides intended for?
For anyone who wants to sell something and would first like to understand what they are looking at. No prior knowledge is needed; the level is stated with every guide, so you can see at a glance whether it suits you.
Can I download a guide?
The guides are published entirely online so that they are always up to date, which a downloaded file cannot be. Printing works straight from your browser, so you can still take a copy with you to the table.
What if my situation is different?
Call us or simply drop in. A guide covers the main line of a subject, and your piece can always be the exception to it. Our valuers look at it with you free of charge and say so plainly when something falls outside the rule.
